Frank is the head counselor of the Ersa Cabin. He is the second earliest of the early birds, behind Evan Horizon. He is really nice and just a pleasent person. He is addicted to Mountain Dew, especially in the morning with the Eos Cabin, but that isn't such a bad thing.
